  I truly don’t understand the service at this location. I order a signature bowl directly off the menu, and the staff seems confused and claims ingredients aren't included even though I can see them listed on the board right behind them. The entire experience is chaotic and disorganized, as if it’s everyone’s first day. The food is fine, but the whole thing is a headache.

  Hakima was the best at cava , was so fast and effectively, he was so nice . And had good vibe overall. He needs to be manager .
