This location has only been open for a week, and after anticipating its opening since August 2025, I’m disappointed that it hasn’t met even basic service expectations or food safety standards.
In just one week, there have already been two cases of suspected food poisoning—one involving me and another involving my friend. On Sunday, April 19, I came in around 5:00 PM and ordered the mango habanero wings. About four hours later, I became very nauseous and ended up vomiting three times, which I believe was due to food poisoning.
I don’t usually make a big deal out of situations like this, but the same thing happened to my friend the previous Monday after she ordered the Parmesan boneless wings. On top of that, I’ve heard multiple reports of poor service. One friend mentioned they didn’t receive a cup of water until their bill arrived, while another said they ordered a chicken sandwich, waited, and were then told the restaurant had run out of chicken.
Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, especially for a newly opened establishment. As a member of the USC community I ask that you guys improve your standards immediately or else my peers and community members will continue to become sick and receive bad service.

I know this place has only been open not even a week but come on there's no excuse for slow service and the bathroom being dirty. I went on Saturday evening ordered bottomless appetizers took 30-40 minutes both times to get my apps. Order a kids meal they forgot to bring my daughter's soda took another 20 minutes to get it. Later on I ordered the pick 6 deal took an hour to get that meal. Ordered 2 beers and guess what??? Yup you guessed it took 20 minutes to get them🙄 I told my husband next time if we do go we should just sit at the bar and only order drinks because the food took forever. Right before I left I used the restroom which has 2 stalls and one of the stalls was so nasty with dirty pads next to toilet and floor dirty. The next stall was paper on the ground. The only thing good was the staff were nice! I really hope you guys get it together and train your staff some more on fast service even on busy days. I was really looking forward to this place to open since its close to my house but after what I experienced tonight idk if I would be back and if I did it would only be to drink.

Ridiculously loud inside, plus waited 20 mins after being seated to have my server come by and take drink orders then it took 15 minutes for my drink to come and as of writing this going on the first hour of waiting for a single appetizer order.

I am writing this to get clarification on the actual operating hours for both the kitchen and the bar at this location. I called yesterday (Monday night) after seeing a 2:00 AM closing time listed online. The experience was extremely confusing.
The employee I spoke with initially confirmed a 2:00 AM close, but then changed their answer to 1:00 AM. When I asked if I could still place a takeout order, I was told they had already stopped taking food orders. Most frustratingly, when I asked if I would be served if I arrived by 1:00 AM, I was told the doors would already be locked and the entire establishment (including the bar) would be closed.
It’s disappointing when the set schedule listed online isn’t followed or when staff isn't clear on the cutoff times. I’d like to know: what is the official daily closing time for the bar, and what is the final cutoff time for the kitchen/takeout? Having a definitive schedule would help guests avoid showing up to locked doors.
