  The service was bad and the food was food I guess. Took 15-20 mins to order drinks another 15-20 to order food. Then we were never talked to again. Server was hanging out with locals which is nice but we kept on being ignored. We flag down other servers for the check like 3-4 times and were acknowledged with an okay and they disappeared. If you’re into long waits and want to fight for service then you should definitely visit. Also bot or who ever is running the Google review page I don’t want your promotional deal to make things right and persuade me to change my review. Make things right by training the entire company because it happens in every Buffalo Wild Wings.

  This place is a joke. I don't even know why I gave it another try tonight with my last order being completely wrong and missing food. But that's nothing new under the sun for this location, maybe 2/10 your order is correct here. We'll tonight whilst placing an online order that was set to be delivered tonight the order said it will be delivered in the morning upon completion. Called the location immediately and talked to who I assumed to be the manager asking them to please cancel my order because it's supposed to be delivered tonight. Gave him my order info to which he replied I can get this order to you tonight. Needless to say that order never came. So deliveries might have shut down in the midst of me placing an order...Ok fine. But when I simply wanted a refund because of that's mishap that's nobody's fault.. just give me the dam refund 🙄! WHY LIE???!!! It's giving he NEVER had intentions of sending the order and just wanted the sale for the day. NEVER AGAIN! LIKE NEVER! I honestly hope this location shuts down.

  I live in the area and I come to this location often, I have never been asked for a card before ordering, however, Nancy the bartender was Stereotyping & asked for a card before ordering. I gave it to her & was polite about it!!!!!! No tip for her being rude & if I was to sue the company for discrimination seeing as she didn’t ask anyone else at the bar but me I guess it would be fair

  I ordered a bunch of wings online from here a week before a party. I ordered a bunch of cauliflower wings (for vegetarian options). I show up to pick everything up day of, and they told me they don't make cauliflower wings there. I asked why they hadn't let me know, I hadn't received any emails or messages letting me know. The manager- DARWIN told me they didn't have to leave a message and that I should have answered the phone. I tell him I get calls from random numbers looking to solicit me everyday, and asked why they couldn't email or leave a message. He told me: I should have recognized the number, hahah. I asked if they could have another Wild Wings nearby who do make cauliflower wings deliver the order I ALREADY PAID FOR A WEEK AGO and have them deliver to my party. Darwin refused. He also talked over me several times during this and I had to ask him to please let me finish several times. Super rude, super callous, and super shitty service here. Update: I still haven't received a refund for the Cauliflower Wings-Order Number: #1000049926911, placed 3/23/26
