We also got the beef noodle soup and added extra spice per the owner’s recommendation and it was amazing! will definitely be back

My first experience with LA style biang biang noodles was when Chef Rob started his noodle stand pop up years ago back in Highland Park. Even the famous “Xi an Famous Foods” in NYC, definitely good but, nowhere near Chef Robs LA take on the dish. I highly recommend Bang Bang for lunch or dinner!
