I ordered a cake for my daughter birthday and i went to pick it up today and the girl act like she didnt want me to look at it and I told her normally they let you see it and when I opened it the cake was not what i ordered and I said I didn't order this and she said your right i said i am not buying a cake for 40.00 not to get what i ask for how dumb can you be i was so pissed . I ask for my money bk and will nvr go bk here do your damn job and pay attention to what customers ask for learn how to read or get another job you just cant do what you want to customers order. Are you cool?

Fruit purchased by my friend a couple of days earlier was also rotten! No time to return it for a refund. I know of a supermarket close by that has fresh summer fruit that is not rotten. It's a couple of miles from Albertson's and a better option for fresh produce.

However, this week alone a had 2 bad experiences. Today a lady working in the bakery was sooo rude! I asked very nicely if a cake was buttercream and she answered “I CANT SEE WHAT YOUR POINTING AT” NO MANNERS!! When my husband went back to ask for a cake she was upset and made it very clear they closed at 7:30. It was 7:35. She ruined our night. We were so exited to buy a cake and we left home feeling sad/mad. When I picked up my groceries Monday. The girl was so mad for no reason and just stood there annoyed at me trying to put my groceries away in my car. No thank you no nothing! Again NO MANNERS!! To makes matters worst the fruit/veggies they usually pack are bad. I got TWO bags of rotten green beans! Unbelievable This speaks a lot about management. It seems like employees are always in a bad mood. & it’s definitely for a reason. So over this store!! Please stay away!!!! Save your sanity!!!
