On my third order from Konjoe Burger I had an issue with DoorDash, it seems my order was stolen and eventually DD just cancelled my order. I went there in person and explained my situation to the staff. They were very friendly and understanding. They made my order fresh again without any fuss, and even offered me some extras for the hassle. Then that evening the manager reached out and refunded my order as soon as they got my earlier feedback through doordash. They clearly stand by their customers and I will be coming back often.
