  It was impeccable as far as human service and cleanliness goes. I was a little worries at first because long beach has both extremes of bad and good places. This one is good. The only thing I didn't like was that there are kiosks to order food essentially right at the entrance with incentives to use the kiosk by offering a free frosty. That sounds good but the kiosks aren't the best option for people with kids and I have kids. So I had to go ask questions at the counter and then go back to the kiosk to complete my order for the free frosty. It made the atmosphere a bit cold, since the workers are now relegated to being in the background instead of interacting with customers. Besides that it was good.

  Went the other day, spent $5.00 for extra chicken for a salad, and it was pretty much the average amount you usually get. Was also told the frosty keytags were cash only, but I could pay with card for everything else?? Which I found weird because you can just order a physical one off the app, and pick it up in drive thru. So I'm not sure what's happening with that, pretty sure they're pocketing the money tho.

  This was our first time in this Wendy's ! We ordered a large drink & the new Carmel crunch with Chocolate Frosty ! Plus we got a discount with our VA card ! It was really clean here !

  Went through the drive thru for breakfast meals and a cup of water. The cup of water had long hair held afloat by the lid and the bottom contained lots of brown and black speaks. I told the nice lady at the window and she gave me another cup of water; free of hair but not the dirt. The French toast dips were super greasy and void of powdered sugar. The maple bacon croissant did not have the sauce on it. Due to the filthy water, we didn’t eat the food anyway.
