  Jocelyn who works the drive thru window was so sweet, attentive,helpful, and kept asking me if there was anything else I needed. It’s very rare now to receive such exceptional service from the younger generation. Thank you for a great experience and delicious food!

  Guy who might be manager (if he is, they really do just promote/hire ANYBODY) has some type of inferiority complex or something. This individual always seems to have an issue when my partner goes and picks up her mobile order. Is rude to her and has even cut off other employees who are talking to us on the intercom to interact rudely with her. Its embarrassing on his part, being that rude displays poor character and customer service. We are literal strangers, not asking for special treatment, just hand the food over and take payment and be respectful. Im sorry you dont like your job dude, I wish you well in life. We kept giving this location a chance cause its a 5min drive, but the extra few min to the long beach location is well worth the drive.

  Una muchacha nos atendió en drive thru y hablaba inglés y nosotros pedimos hablar con una que hablara español y escuchamos como se burlaron de nosotros como si hubiéramos dicho algun chiste y en eso si nos atendió una en español pero pedimos 12 piezas de pollo y nos dio 2 piezas porque se escuchaba que solo se la pasan jugando y no ponen atención de lo que se esta ordenando ,ni salsa ofrecieron ni tortillas,te dicen si es todo como si tuvieran prisa...otra persona se disculpó, y la culpable no dio la cara,debería asumir su irresponsabilidad,asi seamos latinos nosotros tambien consumimos y valemos aqui y en la china 😡.
