  The experience was fantastic and I really enjoyed the ambiance and the level of service I recieved from James.. it was my first time at the location and I rarely eat out and he was very patient and descriptive with understanding the menu items and what they came with and detailed to a level that was restaurant server-esque.. even knew the locals who also enjoy certain items such as the Voodoo loaded fries and the sandwiches. He was able to multi-task and take care of other orders while still providing service to be and patient while attentive to when I was ready to order.. great qualities of a leader and high level customer service and as I previously have worked 7 years in 5-star fine dining and recognize certain qualities. He deserves more hours to attend to the customers. A great establishment and the food is great. A location you wont be dissapointed stopping at or dining in.

  Legit just don’t go here, you will NOT get even decently seasoned wings. It’s comical how dry the wet wings are and how unseasoned the dry wings are. Seriously don’t waste your time eating here , if the majority of 1 star review wasn’t enough😹

  The girl with the lip frenulum (thin tissue connecting lip to gums) Piercing should not be working here. She made us feel uncomfortable. She has a smirk the whole time thinking she is clever by over charging everyone with the large instead of telling us in the first place what she is marking down for our orders without asking us for the sizes that we wanted. She didn’t do that to all the young people and some old but not all the old people. She was very pick n chosey it was very bizarre behavior I sat there and watched the whole thing. She’s charging everyone for Larges Combos! That is NOT okay! Until everyone notices last minute. Her makeup may be perfect but her attitude stinks! The boys there are great! And they are doing a fantastic job with the food! Just not the young lady working today at the register at 5:30- 6pm.

  My lemon pepper wings and fries had way too much seasoning. My mild wings hardly had any sauce and some were dry. It’s super expensive. Parking is limited. Ashley took my order. It wasn’t busy. She had bad energy, didn’t greet me, didn’t respond when I thanked her after getting my food, she didn’t answer my questions when ordering. She did the bare minimum, took the order, charged me, and gave me the food. I give her 0 stars for her lack of customer service. I won’t be returning.
