  Absolutely horrible. Ordered a breakfast quesadilla and a breakfast burrito. Quesadilla was uncut and both items were cold. Was not edible. Contemplating contacting corporate it was that bad.

  The food is absolutely dry , how can rice be overcooked and the beef being dry not to mention they forget a lot of items

  Went to this Taco Bell location on 4/11/26 @ 11:30 p.m. Ordered two tacos (chicken cantina) one Mexican pizza( NO sour cream, lite beans) one steak fries( no sour cream, guacamole on side) and one nacho bell grande( no sour cream, no beans) well what was already bad/ rude customer service from the drive thru, got much worst waiting on the food. Took long, ( but let's remember this is a 24hour location, a full crew was in the kitchen, and these employees make over $20 and hour in California) I live less than 5 minutes away. Got home and was extremely upset. $31 plus change for trash. The worst Taco Bell experience of my life. I have pictures, not only will I be returning the trash we received last nite, I want my hard earned money refunded.

  Honestly I do appreciate the staff and how they work hard when they get busy, but they need to be more focused on online orders. I waited 30min for my order😅 also, their soda machine is not good it’s all syrup it’s actually disgusting. The food was good tasted normal. The atmosphere was not it, it was dirty and all over the place. I won’t recommend coming to this specific location but I would recommend another Taco Bell.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Taco Bell drive-thru. The employee, Maryan Ramirez, did not greet me at all and failed to provide my receipt. When I got to the window and tried to ask for it, she didn’t acknowledge me and instead gave me a dirty look. There was no “thank you,” no apology—nothing. The lack of basic customer service and professionalism was very frustrating. I expect at least a simple greeting and respectful interaction. This experience felt rude and unwelcoming.
