  Very clean very warm welcome from T and Yesi. The establishment was clean and fresh and so was the food. Thank you both for my super late breakfast. It was delicious.

  The store provided me a drink cup and when I went to get ice I noticed that it was filled with black speckled things. I thought it was in the cup, so replace the cup, but it turns out when I filled the new cup the same thing happened. The black specks were coming from the ice maker. When I reported it to the staff, instead of them hustling out to shut it down and make sure they weren't poisoning their customers, they just kept doing whatever they were doing, even though the restaurant was empty. They also didn't apologize or say anything comforting about what I was seeing. Further, they don't honor your sub club deals in the store. To get any savings you have to order through the app, which puts you in the absolute back of the queue in a busy restaurant. They will keep taking the orders in front of them before they look at the tickets. I think it's unfair to charge $8 more for a sandwich combo when in reality it's easier to communicate with a person in front of you than to read a paper ticket that you're sliding around on a wet food prep surface, and your preparation is going to be more accurate with observation from the purchaser.
