  Wanted to try the Huntrix meal. I ordered sweet tea with my order but got unsweetened tea instead. I asked for 2 packets of ketchup for my fries; I did not receive any. There was a decent sized chicken bone in my nugget (see pic). Thankfully my kids didn’t get that piece otherwise we might end up spending our Saturday in the ER.

  Our order was ready sitting on a rack for a while and none of the staff seemed to care to even announce it or hand it over . Was about to walk over and grab it myself . Slowest service ever - worst staff ever 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

  20+ minutes wait time for a "fast food" restaurant is crazy.... also kids area smells really bad and hot during summer time.

  Manager is nice but all his employees seem to be incompetent and and work at a disabled-like pace. No sense of urgency whatsoever. A mobile order placed of a single sandwich and 2 hash browns 15m in advance should not have an additional 15m wait time.
