My order came out within 10 minutes even though it seemed like they were pretty busy, going back and fourth in the kitchen. Food was excellent and well done just the way i asked. 👍🏼

We ordered a large ranch for SIX DOLLARS and were given 2 small cups. I called the store repeatedly to attempt to see if I could get a refund- my calls went unanswered. I then wrote to customer service asking them to make the situation right and they said they’d provide me with a free ranch on my next order. I shouldn’t have to make another purchase to receive a product I ALREADY paid for. I told them that’s not acceptable and asked for a refund. They wouldn’t do it electronically. They also wouldn’t even offer a gift card or coupon in the amount I paid. They said I had to come in, in person, and ask for a manager and reference an email and case number from my communications with corporate. On top of that, it had to be done within 10 days. All this for $6 back? Really makes me not want to come back because of their poor customer service practices.
