Their blocking of door exits, as a solution to crime is annoying, and pitifully ineffective. Last time recently, went in for quick couple of things...to discover NEWLY LOCKED up DETERGENT!!!! OmG! What's wrong with ACTUALLY getting serious abt theft!!! It's a bigger problem than Von's . My issue ...we don't live in the "slums"! Homes within 5 blocks in any direction are selling for $800,000 to 4m. dollars! Flood lighting paging lot...Sec guards that do nothing are NOT the SOLUTION. Get POLICE advice, assistance! The epidemic of lawlessness in our city is being IGNORED by the City! Many drive a further distance to feel safer and served more normally, by going to much nicer locations!!! VON'S ON pCH in Seal Bch. RALPH'S IN THE Marina! Difference is tremendous!!! Why are my local stores and their security efforts being ignored...or at very least unsuccessful???? Prices are same!

I always have problems with my “digital card” and I was trying to explain to him my issue and instead of listening he yelled at me to “calm down” and kept talking over me. He finally “just gave me my discount” (not on everything on sale) and was looking at the people behind me like I was being difficult. I’m not being difficult. What happened was I logged into the app and clipped the in store coupons, and instead of connecting to my phone number it connected to my email (which didn’t have a phone number). I told him this happens often and he just keep telling me to calm down and grabbed my phone to find the information. He said I didn’t have a phone number connected. I again said I know and tried to explain and present my scannable member card and he just kept telling me to calm down🤦🏻♀️ I hate in person shopping and not having self scan, and Chris made the whole experience worse!

This is the 5th time this has happened in the past two weeks. Make the change or you will continue to lose customers. And based on what I heard other customers say, I am not alone in this frustration!
