He's helped us twice in the span of maybe a year. The look on his face and bothered attitude are far too unprofessional. No greeting, just glared at us and it's really rude. Sam should NOT be in a customer service roll, that is completely obvious. No other complaints about this store, it's actually too bad for us as it's so convenient. Sam needs a talking to, at the VERY least, store director Annie Nix.
