- CHCordelia HNov 10, 20254.0I often visit this Subway for dinner between classes at LBCC (across the street). I usually order my sandwich in advance and it is always ready in time. Last time that I visited, I order my sandwich online, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. This wasn't an issue to me as there was only one worker and she was handling multiple customers. I was happy to wait and understood she was probably very stressed. She was apologetic about the wait and very kind and professional. I hope this location is able to hire more help so their workers are better supported.

Let me tell you, that was the sweetest thing ever. I didn't expect anything of the sort. I am grateful for her customer service and compassion. I don't even live in Long Beach but her shop is clean and has positive energy. The staff is very polite and patient too
