Well, I came into Pizza Hut. I was greeted by Jessica the smart manager, which has a excellent attitude and excellent work service performance while I waited here I seen her give excellent service to myself and two others. Also, I like to acknowledge people that go above and beyond your car while I waited, she adjusted to someone’s order that was wrong and made it rightwhich is what is what makes customer service best here her attitude was uplifting and attentiveness to everything is appreciated will be stopping here again

Terrible customer service at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an online order for delivery and clearly requested no black olives on my pizza. When it arrived, it had black olives all over it.
I called the store to let them know—and instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the person on the phone was rude, dismissive, and had a nasty attitude. I was calm and respectful, and still got treated like I was the problem.also I was a women claiming she was the manager!
I paid almost $40 for one pizza, including a tip, and this is how I’m treated? No thank you. Mistakes happen, but the way customers are treated afterward matters even more. I won’t be ordering from this location again. They clearly don’t care.
