She said thank u on top of that she offered the mantiado told me how to order it , she said delicious. She was doobg her cross selling very professional representing mc fonalds thank u letty good job !!! Great customer service

Shift management seem to not have proper skill to run operations smoothly and efficiently. Instead of stepping in she'll remove someone to help in that area and now front counter is waiting with long lines.

Ordered through the app frappe with $1.50 off also had to use the restroom which I have on 3 different occasions. Today was my encounter with Diego a horrible person by the way. I asked if I could use the restroom he said you have to buy something I said I did as he was walking away I waited for him to come back but by this time a lady was coming out so I went in. As I came out went to the counter waited . The order board was saying still serving order #1625 , then when I asked the manager and Diego where my drink since I had to buy something. Then I was told the frappe machine was down. Some nerve of these goofs. Wasted my 15 minute break, plus money cause I poured out the ice coffee because I don't trust them. I'll go to bk from now on and I'm closing my md app they hire anybody
