Even though they weren’t able to process orders the usual way, the team handled the situation so well. The lady inside immediately jumped in to help and tried multiple different ways to make the payment work. She was patient, calm, and genuinely trying to find a solution instead of just turning me away. I ended up coming inside to sign, and they were able to help me place the order manually. Everyone was very kind, accommodating, and professional throughout the whole situation. They even offered me a free drink for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. I already come to this location often because it’s close to my house, but today’s customer service gave it an extra boost. Amazing team — I’ll definitely keep coming back!
