SLOW drive through. Workers have no sense of urgency for a “fast food.” Either it’s understaffed or they don’t want to be there.

Buenas noches.
El día 31 de enero de 2026, aproximadamente a las 5:47 p. m., me encontraba en el establecimiento de McDonald’s ubicado en 5860 Cherry Ave., Long Beach, CA 90805. Me dirigí a realizar la fila con la intención de efectuar un pedido (combo grande de nuggets de pollo). Al saludar de manera respetuosa, se me indicó que esperara cinco minutos.
Transcurrido dicho tiempo, en tres ocasiones adicionales se me solicitó nuevamente que esperara “un momento”. Al verificar la situación, observé que no había clientes al frente ni pedidos visibles en espera. Debido a que ya habían pasado aproximadamente entre 10 y 15 minutos sin ser atendido, me acerqué a la ventanilla y, de manera respetuosa, solicité a la empleada si podía atenderme.
La respuesta de la trabajadora fue inapropiada, manifestándose de forma grosera al indicarme que no fuera mentiroso, que no llevaba dicho tiempo esperando y que no me atendería si no hacía la fila, procediendo posteriormente a cerrar la ventanilla de manera abrupta frente a mí. Ante esta situación, opté por retirarme del establecimiento.
Considero que el trato recibido fue una falta de respeto y no corresponde a los estándares de servicio al cliente que se esperan de la empresa, por lo que sugiero que se brinde capacitación al personal en atención y trato adecuado hacia los clientes.

This like many other McDonald's does not like to server walk in customers . Even with the kiosk if you using cash expect to be there for a while being either ignored or told give me a minute please while they serve the drive thru completely rude and not helpful at all I waited 45mins after I ordered from the self line but payed cash ... 45 mins for some nuggets and frys both of which were refrys .. naste food horrible service dirty bathrooms .. the way it is here they might as well just cater to homeless. Nasty .. will NEVER come back this one or the one on long beach and delamo.
