I was told to talk to management to see if they are hiring and they straight up ignored me while I was talking to them and I think that’s very rude.

Oftentimes, I do not get the order correct besides being too slow. When minimum wage used to be lower, service was better and faster, now their minimum wage increased their service decrease and became slower. That tells you everything.

I am very disappointed with the quality control at the McDonald’s located at 5020 Long Beach Blvd. On multiple occasions, orders have been incorrect, incomplete, or poorly prepared, which shows a lack of basic attention to detail and proper checks before handing food to customers.
Quality control is essential in food service, and unfortunately this location consistently falls short. Customers should not have to double-check their orders every visit or return to fix avoidable mistakes.
Management should seriously review staff training and internal procedures to improve accuracy and overall service standards. Until meaningful improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.
