    The rating isn't for the employees, but for the restaurant. - I made 2 orders at kiosk. I took my receipts, both receipts were blank except the advertisements. - On top of blank receipts, my orders didn't even show on the screen at all. - I waited a very long time. Also I don't know how many employees were back there but there was a crowd of customers including me waiting. The employees were very busy, it was hard to flag someone down to talk about my order. - Security guard did do what he could to help me. He listened, I showed him my bank statements and told him what I ordered, and he returned with new receipts showing my missing orders (one order I got wrong, it belonged to another customer so I cross checked with the price I paid and the payment total the kiosk showed me) - I was not treated rudely, when I did get a hold of anyone they listened. Another kind customer also had to help me flag someone down when I realized I got one of my orders wrong and it was corrected when I showed the employee pictures of the order on the kiosk and cross referenced with my bank statement - The food was fine, no issues with the meals. Honestly, the kiosks need to be checked up on. And have more employees on shift. (Edit) Mcdonalds in an email only said "we're sorry you didn't receive a receipt" and didn't even address the other issues: very long wait, hard to get ahold of employees. The company is willing to make people wait a long time and have unavailable employees apparently.

    This McDonald's suck...the worker are slow in taking orders . It's take 30mins to get my order Im never coming back to this McDonald's again.

    Slowest one in long beach. Horrible be especially in the am. Literally was waiting for 30 min. Hire more mature ppl
