They gave us 2 random McGriddles instead of our sausage egg McMuffin sandwiches. If you’ve ever had a McGriddle you would understand my disappointment because they are genuinely disgusting. Hopefully this review makes the restaurant notice what they did wrong since they won’t answer the phone.

When I asked for it to be remade, it came without the sauce it’s supposed to include, and I was even charged an extra $0.33 for it. When I went back to the window for the second time, the manager came to speak with me but had a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Instead of fixing the problem, they only made the situation worse. Very poor customer service.
