They could have used another person to help out at the front counter (to make specialty cofee drinks) however, it did not affect my impression of the service. Joe addressed me and let me know it would be a few minutes, which I was okay with. Employees were keen to help each other out. I would have liked to see more variety in the donuts being offered in the case. Very friendly, customer focused and clean location. Great job!

She sounded annoyed and felt rushed while ordering. when I get to the window she took forever to come to the window and I wanted to change my order when I asked if I can get the assorted mini she said no we don’t have it but rudely. The whole experience was horrible and she only gave me 2 strawberry glaze and 6 chocolate why not give me more strawberry .

Desiree decided she wanted to discriminate against me as an independent contractor asking to look at my phone when I’ve already disclosed the details of my business. She then went to the worker Natalia, and they began to look at me and start laughing. I felt uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I don’t wanna visit Krispy Kreme again it was only because of another worker who was very apologetic and showed great customer service skills is the reason I was able to breathe. It’s going to be 2026. The discrimination really needs to stop.
