  Food as always is great. The only reason I’m giving service a three and the only reason and I have to stress this…Jimmy John’s is known for their quick fast service. I waited 20 minutes to get three sandwiches. I have never in all my life waited 20 minutes for Jimmy John’s; I have never in my life waited 15 minutes for Jimmy John’s; I have never in my life waited 10 minutes for Jimmy John’s. The most I’ve ever ever waited is five minutes. In fact, I ordered four sandwiches one time and was in and out of there in less than five minutes even for a delivery it has been 20 minutes or less. I don’t know what was going on. They had three people making sandwiches one person taking orders and they were even helping expedite sandwiches so that’s the only reason I’m giving three on service…maybe they were training not sure. 🤔

  This location is great to grab and go. Staff members are friendly and quick to make my #14 Bootlegger "Unwhich" and the price is right on time👍🏼. Yum to Jimmy John's and their healthy menu👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 3 sandwiches, a #9, a #11 and a #12. All regular size and a picklewich. Over $60! It was all crap. All 3 sandwiches were just thrown together and wrapped. All of the contents were just shoved on the bread, barely inside. The #9 was correctly made. The #11 & 12 were bread, lettuce and meat. No cheese or tomato and no guacamole on the #12. No mayo or anything . The pickle wich had one slice of ham, no cheese and no lettuce and it cost $9! It was the first time my family was going to try JJ and I had been bragging about it for a week. Beware! Not worth the money. It was junk

  I ordered 2 large #7 (double meats) no onions no herbs with mustard! They did everything but get my order correct 😣 there's onions there's oregano no mustard no double meats like come on it wasn't busy at all. Then they don't answer when you call to let them know they messed up. Sad bc I won't be driving all the way from Torrance again
