She was talking with her co worker the entire time and it wasn't what jamba juice is known to deliver.

My last visit was around 9am, only 1 associate working hard making mobile order before she got to us. There were 2 ppl waiting in line patiently for the young lady to take our order. I understand why ppl are complaining about the long wait but It's hard to please ppl; if she doesn't acknowledge you, feel free to leave cus she busy making mobile orders. If she does and make your order, her mobile orders are behind and her mobile customers will come in complain more because the reason they order ahead is not to wait. So nothing these staff do will satisfied ppl.
