    This is a review for the Manager. The business is poorly understaffed. The tablet for self ordering might be efficient for your bare bones staff, but it takes away the interaction with a person. I keep coming back because the food is delicious. But waiting 25 minutes for food on my 40min lunch break is unrealistic.

    I placed an order for pick-up. It said it would be ready at 1:57pm. I arrived around 1:45pm and order was ready and sitting on counter. Would have preferred that pick-up time would have been more accurate on website so order would not be cold by the time it was picked up if i would have waited to 1:57pm to arrive. Otherwise, food was great.

    I live in Texas. I was visiting Los Angeles California. I am vegetarian & felt like eating a high quality Veggie Burger. I drove to Long Beach to visit the Higher Taste. I'm so glad I went there. The interior design is excellent & the staff are very pleasant. I ordered one of the daily specials - Burger, French Fries & a drink. I got the Ahimsa Burger, fries & their Strawberry Lime drink. I love eating & I am a very picky eater. I have extremely high standards when it comes to food. Their Veggie Burger was the best one I have ever tasted in my entire life. Really! Please try it & experience The Higher Taste for yourself. I also got two chocolate chip cookies. They were excellent. In God We Trust.
