  First time going there, got served quickly through drive through. I ordered two chicken avocado tacos. my stomach can't handle the pico or green sauce it comes with, so I ordered without it. paid and then drove off, come to find out that it had both the Pico and green sauce. I had to drive back to restaurant to get it fixed. waited about another 5 minutes. got a cold flour tortilla with slapped chicken and lettuce with some cheese and avocado. it looked horrible. months go by before going there again. ordered the same thing and guess what? the same thing happened. This time I parked in the lot to check before driving off and sure enough they got my order wrong twice. Went inside and same thing happened. Cold food everytime and it's like they slap the food in the foil and give it you. Don't go there unless you want cold food. Customer service is alright as well.. homeless people hanging around outside as well. idk that was my 2nd and last time going there. I was hoping they would've gotten better after the months of going but was equally disappointed.

  I'm not sure of the lady's name that helped me but she was great. I aske for salsa and she showed me she had already packed some. She was on it. I love it when they don't skip a beat.

  I enjoyed my meal and the manager and staff were the best. Delicious hot food 👍👍👍

  This is the third time I come to this location.I should've known better from the previous two times when I came and the food was cold hardly any chicken and also received the wrong order the second time I went. Today showed up at around 445 pm I ordered a mixed meal with sides and a burrito total was almost $60 i paid with a $100 bill which is all I had on me. I didn't think it was bad since my change was only gonna be $40 the lady and the register came at me with.Do you have a smaller bill?I don't have change, and I told her, no, that's all I have.And she started giving me an attitude and said , well , I don't have change how do you not have change at almost 5 PM?That's what I don't understand i really didn't like the attitude.She was giving me so I told her to cancel the order.And left .never going back again , really bad customer service.

  I had a drumstick in my family's order that strongly tasted like soap. One drumstick was totally fine and good, but the second one straight up tasted like it was in a soapy sink before being grilled and I immediately spat it out and washed my mouth after. I called the number on my receipt because I immediately wanted a refund and wasn't about to test if the other food was bad. When I called, the manager picked up and I asked for a refund. I said I had a drumstick but I think he misheard me and thought I said I had a wing when I visited in person. It seemed like he thought I was lying, but I've never returned food before unless it was practically inedible or unsafe to eat. He did allow a refund and apologized on the phone and said he'd check with the other employees. We got our money back too. We didn't want to cause a fuss or anything, we just wanted our money back because we were going to toss out our food due to the drumstick and possibly other tainted pieces of chicken. We still ended up bringing it back, my mom insisted on it even though the manager said we didn't need to (I know they were going to toss it out anyway). We've gotten food at this location a lot because we live close but never had chicken taste like soap and my family and I were disappointed since we spent 30 bucks. Maybe we'll come back in the future but not any time soon because the soapy taste was REALLY strong and still fresh on my mind
