So I called and spoke to Maria the very friendly manager and let her know. She said no problem the next one would be comped. So the following day I took her up on the offer and lo and behold, no chicken again in my BRC. I blame myself the second time around for not looking. But cmon it ISNT THAT HARD. Probably won’t be back. Update. They asked for me to contact them via their official website, which the link giving was broken. So I went to the contact us option and filled out the proper information asked and was given another error message.
