Within one hour — almost to the minute — their vehicle was towed. They did not see any clearly visible indication that the space was considered “private property,” and nothing about the situation justified such an aggressive and immediate tow. Towing elderly, disabled individuals who are properly displaying a handicap placard is not just bad business — it is predatory. The speed at which the tow occurred strongly suggests this is not about parking enforcement, but about generating towing revenue. This feels like a deliberate setup targeting vulnerable people who may not notice small or poorly placed signage. Shame on you for treating elderly, disabled individuals this way.
