I placed an $85 order 4 days in advance to reward some of the students of Franklin middle school which is right behind them. The pick up was for 11 am so students could eat during a lunch , this location called at 9:52 am stating they wouldn’t be able to get the order complete on time . And wouldn’t be ready until 11:45 am-11:55 am due to them taking a highschool order that pushed them back. I then called to see if this is a daily thing as I would still need pizza in the future and they hung up on me. The future order option not good if looking for lunch basically.

- GDGina DaleJul 23, 20251.0this place is terrible. seems like all the workers are faded on the job. our pizza took over an hour and we didn’t even get it. on the initial call to order, the person on the phone could not get my address correct + was not professional at all i had to coach him on his own job. we were told our pizza would take 20 mins to be delivered. 45 mins go by and the same person answers and is immediately defensive says he called our phone 4x- NO CALLS ever came through.. then he repeats my address and it’s the wrong address ! so he sends our pizza back. when we finally get the call from the delivery driver, we go out to the drivers car and the car is filthy so we just gave up on the pizza altogether + dominoes. i love dominoes however this place ruined it for me and my family forever. terrible job guys.
