  Server was horrible. He took a very long time to get out order taken. He wasn't very friendly or informative about the items. I tried to ask questions & he seemed just say so you want that. It was first time & my last. Food took about 30 minutes to come out & it was cold after all that. I asked the guy that delivered my food if it was possible to get my app without sauce & he said sure. But our server brought the same plate back & said what's the problem? He said it comes like that & dropped off the plate. I was definitely over the whole experience & waited to just got boxes so we could leave. He brought my bill with no boxes. Then took forever to bring my change since I paid cash. Out server has horrible customer service & the reason I would never want to go back.

  Had a great experience with Trevor b being our server no complaints. Food was hot and drinks were called also a shout out to Josh for the Forrest gump questions live it mate what a experience

  Was on an adventure and just had to stop by and have lunch here and it was a great choice the food, service and atmosphere were all iconic and lived up to expectations.. so if you're in the area I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself sometime..

  I tried Bubba Gump for the first time during a trip to the aquarium. I was looking for a dish to share with my partner. When we got here, we waited for about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us in the front. Then once the server finally sat us, we waited another 10 minutes for a server to come over. She finally came (a younger blonde girl) and greeted us, brought us waters, said she’d be back to take our order. Came back another 10 minutes later and we ordered the Forrest's Seafood Feast, which costs around $30 and is supposed to be: A signature platter featuring hand-battered fish, fried shrimp, seafood hush pups, fries, and coleslaw. My partner and I thought this was perfect to share and after seeing pictures online, we were like this is a good amount of food for us to share! Our food took 30-40 minutes to come out. It was ridiculous. Our server kept checking on other tables, running the bar on her own, and so on. It was not busy at all either, maybe 4 other tables in the whole restaurant. As we were thinking of leaving, our food comes out and it literally looks like a kids size portion. We had also subbed extra fries instead of the coleslaw, and we literally only had a handful of fries. It really looked like such a sad meal. Our server brought us extra fries after I pointed out the small portion, but that was it. After that, she never came back to check on us until I asked for the check. It was such a bad experience and out of anger, I didn’t take a picture to show how ridiculous the portion was, and for $30. I’m not the type of person to complain or make a scene, but I was truly disappointed and I don’t feel I got my hard earned money’s worth at all. Super disappointed with the food, the service, and overall don’t think I’ll be returning to a Bubba Gump location soon. I am attaching a picture of what someone else’s food order looked like (looks like they ordered the same thing) and no joke ours was probably half if not less than that. It’s not a joke. I wish it was.

  Look, no one is gonna come on here and say that the food at Bubba Gump's is high quality eating, but the food is definitely more than satisfying. I wouldn't frequent this place if it wasn't. For what they have to offer their patrons, Bubba Gump's will definitely satisfy almost all visitors. But what does make Bubba Gump's more than worth visiting is the atmosphere. If you know anything about the movie this establishment takes it namesake from, you'll more than appreciate the aesthetic and feel of the restaurant. And if you don't know anything about the movie, this place still has more to offer to pull you into the world of the movie. And the staff at this locale (as well as other Bubba Gump's locations) make you feel very welcome to be there. In my experiences at Bubba Gump's, I've always felt happy and excited to be there. And my family always loves visiting these restaurants as well. The atmosphere and aesthetic are what pull you in here, but the food, drink, and staff definitely keep you coming back.
