Lights were already off, doors closed, and employees were inside saying they were “closed,” even though the posted closing time is 10:00 PM. If you’re going to stop serving customers before 10, then change your hours. Don’t advertise one time and operate another. I didn’t come in last minute, 8 minutes early is still open. I come to this Baskin-Robbins location regularly, so this was especially disappointing. Not fair to customers who plan around your posted hours. If closing time is really 9:50, then say that instead of misleading people.
