Today I placed the same order again through the mobile app at this location and everything went perfectly. I arrived, my order was ready and waiting, and no one else had taken it. The service was smooth and efficient. I also spoke with the manager here, who was very professional. She mentioned that if something like the previous incident had happened at her store, they would have immediately replaced the order for the customer. That kind of accountability and customer-focused attitude is exactly what I expect from El Pollo Loco. Thank you to the team at this location for restoring my faith in the brand. Great food and much better service — I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommended!

Thank you Lisseth for your professionalism and hard work, and I appreciate the entire staff for their hard work as well.
