  This location has its pros and con's. But if graded by staff and service? Then this spot is on point. Maybe just get it to go. Atmosphere can be an issue depending on time you go. But staff cannot control that.

  Simply the great fast-food franchise around. Southern Californians are very lucky. Their salad — especially with their avocado salsa — are far better that they have a right to be. Excellent pollo asado, and I also loved their chicken tortilla soup. Could eat this everyday easily, and feel plenty good about myself for it.

  Come here all the time I dont know why unless you have them cook fresh and watch there sneaky selves because if you ask for fresh chicken they get attitude and say the soggy chicken they leave in a door is fresh its not. My chicken was inedible corporate needs to do something yall selling bs. And terrible service for the most part and half of the people dont understand what im saying. Shame

  sirmpre compro aquí y en la app me dieron un reward. Cuando fui la señora que me atendió se negó a darmelo diciendo que debía volver a gastar en la tienda. Lo cierto es que tengo la prueba de que puedes obtenerlo comprando en la tienda o online. El reward es una pavada pero la actitud de la persona que me atendió es muy mala. Trabajo en atención al público y esto deja mucho que desear. Muy triste que no sepan honrar lo que promocionan

  First time going there, got served quickly through drive through. I ordered two chicken avocado tacos. my stomach can't handle the pico or green sauce it comes with, so I ordered without it. paid and then drove off, come to find out that it had both the Pico and green sauce. I had to drive back to restaurant to get it fixed. waited about another 5 minutes. got a cold flour tortilla with slapped chicken and lettuce with some cheese and avocado. it looked horrible. months go by before going there again. ordered the same thing and guess what? the same thing happened. This time I parked in the lot to check before driving off and sure enough they got my order wrong twice. Went inside and same thing happened. Cold food everytime and it's like they slap the food in the foil and give it you. Don't go there unless you want cold food. Customer service is alright as well.. homeless people hanging around outside as well. idk that was my 2nd and last time going there. I was hoping they would've gotten better after the months of going but was equally disappointed.
