  I must say that I've eaten El Pollo Loco so much more than I used to ever since they moved from over right by the freeway to the other side of the street I'll Carson by The Long Beach town center. I've always interacted with friendly employees here but one stands out above the rest in my opinion and his name is Daniel. I know that when I place an order, when I come in and see Daniel, that it's going to be correct. I know there is going to be everything in the bag that I ordered; the sauces, the utensils, the napkins, everything! He is friendly, professional, courteous, and I definitely appreciate being able to interact with him when I come to pick up food to feed my family. The quality of the food here is always great, portions are what they should be and the one time I interacted with the manager, he was very friendly, professional and courteous too. If you want El Pollo Loco and you live anywhere near here, come to this one. It is worth driving a few extra miles. Oh, I forgot to mention that them place is brand new, clean inside, clean bathrooms and plenty of parking.

  Love there chicken but the banana shrimp tostada is really good i recommend it

  The brand new redesign is... okay. They left the old building abandoned across the street and moved the staff here. I visited the old location, and the prices are better than you'd expect for a single person.

  Awesome service and very helpful to me and my family. I also noticed how friendly and family type service and the food was amazing 👏 🤩. Will definitely be back.
