  This African American girl “atum” told me to stand on the side and wait for chicken. Completely understandable so I stood to the side and waited for chicken. Meanwhile i overheard her taking others people’s orders and many of them said “chicken” and she gave it to them. So I still decided to wait to the side and wait for her to call me but she didn’t. So I just took the initiative to go up and ask her if the chicken is ready and she said yes. I was pissed at this point because why didn’t she tell me it was ready and I was just waiting on the side! And she told me to wait on the side meanwhile she took other people order with chicken! after me. Chipotle needs to train this girl because she obviously doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and expect us to ask if something is ready meanwhile it’s always the workers telling us to wait on the side.

  Never order online for pick up they serve nothing on the bowl, not even halfway filled so sad I spent my money here apart from that I waited a very long time, it was ready a half hour later than the time of pick up given

  Got the chicken bowl and damn I’ve never experienced food poisoning like that. I was up all night and I’ve officially lost faith in this institution. Stay away if you value your stomach.

  I really like the staff, they were really nice but man, my burrito tasted like it came out of a dishwasher with a pod with glass shine holy crap. The chicken must been raised from the dead before being slaughtered cause holy mole did that meat tasted like stigmata
