This is my first time at CAVA, and it’s not as good as the reviews say. The staff were very unfriendly. A young, short male employee who looked like a teenager was very rude. when he knew it was my first time ordering, but he just passed me off to another staff member.WhenI was selecting the meat ,I did not choose any extra-cost items. However, at checkout I was charged an extra $3 without my permission.
I haven’t even eaten the food yet, but I already know this is a bad experience.

Stopped by CAVA recently and overall had a pretty solid experience. It’s one of those fast-casual spots where you build your own bowl or pita, and the Mediterranean flavors definitely set it apart from the usual chains.
I went with a grains + greens bowl and added harissa chicken, hummus, roasted veggies, and a few toppings. The flavor was the highlight—everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, especially the dips. The harissa had a nice kick without being overpowering, and the hummus was creamy and flavorful.
Service was quick, but it did feel a little rushed going down the line. Portions were decent, though I wish they were a bit more generous with the protein considering the price. Speaking of price, it’s not the cheapest option—my bowl ended up being around $15—but it feels worth it if you’re looking for something filling that isn’t heavy or greasy.
The restaurant itself was clean and modern, nothing too special but comfortable enough for a quick meal.
Overall, I’d come back. It’s a good option when you want something fresh, customizable, and a little healthier than typical fast food. Just be prepared to spend a bit more than you might expect.

This is not for the food, it is for deceptive marketing. I ordered a kids falafel meal and the photo showed four falafels and it was only two. This was for my seven-year-old nephew.
He eats a lot so I started getting a regular falafel. Today I added a treat and got a brownie for $3.25. It was so small my cat would have been mad. Not that I would give it to her, but just for comparison.
Very disappointed and not happy.

Ordering delivery, they missed multiple items multiple days in a row. Nobody answers when calling their phone number. If you are a business relying on on time and accurate delivery, do not order from here

It’s been a while since I’ve been inspired to post a review… but CAVA is my new ace in the hole for food recommendations, my new go to when I need something tasty & healthy. It’s my new obsession.
Let me tell you why: the bowl… you know it - you love it, but what sets CAVA apart from it’s competitors are the inspired variety of options.
For the base you have like three different types of rice, black lentils, greens, and… arugula!
Then dip options… (variety of hummus, baba ghanoush, etc.)
Then protein options, and there are many options, they had veggies and falafel for vegetarians, which I appreciate, but I know the meats are quite happy too.
Also relish and sauce… highly recommend Skhug… trust me it’s great.
All of it really is just good Fresh quality yummy food.
The customer service is on par with In-N-Out.
Just an impressive spot. Shout out to the crew circle. You’ll find me here on the regular.
