  Sat through 1st half of lakers game 4. At least 4 servers walked by me. None ever approached me or even acknowledged me. I left. Been there twice before. Over salted low quality food with terrible service. I only tried once more because this is the closest place to watch playoffs. Will not repeat. This restaurant is the ht best example of top down failure from management to staff. I'd fire everyone and start over.

  If you get there early, around opening time, your food can take longer due to low staff. Server was exceptional!

  We have been there to dine-in, we sat at the bar which we like to do. Everything was good. Then came the online order from their own website for pick-up. That's where the problem was. They gave me a pick up time. Got there a couple minutes early. The place was practically empty but it still took them 10 minutes to even ask if I was there for a pick up. Found the order, then took another 20 minutes to come back and tell me it's almost ready, just waiting for the French fries. Another 15 to 20 minutes pass and finally get my order. Was on my way back and decided to look at it (big mistake there, should have done it before I left) and saw that the fries we over cooked, like almost burn, and the burger that I ordered was cold and so dried out I thought it was beef jerky. I normally don't write this long of reviews, try to keep short and sweet, but this has been the worst experience I've ever had. Never will I go back to this dump.

  Worst BWW IVE EVER BEEN TOO. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. WAITED OVER AN HOUR AND IT WASNT EVEN A BUSY NIGHT

  TLDR; this Location needs a lot of work, a lot of support. I recommend finding an alternative. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed by this visit to BWW. After a movie, my group and I went for an evening dinner and were highly disappointed in so many instances during our visit. The amount of time we had to wait for a server, the food was not necessarily to our expectations and the restrooms were in a COMPLETELY unacceptable fashion. Fortunately our server Sine, was a sign from God. This would have gotten one star if it wasn’t for him. He was definitely patient with us, made sure our needs were met and handled our issues with grace. He was the only good thing that came out of our visit. And though, I did enjoy my Black Bean Burger, My food was not hot. 😒 My onion rings looked trashy; they were all fried together And not in a good way. I could barely eat them. They were all messed up with the breading falling all off of it. Not appetizing in the least for almost $20 + 2 for those damn rings. The women’s restroom had no toilet paper in only one of the stalls, but absolutely NO paper towels OR SOAP in the restroom at all. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. I went to go tell a server about it but no one came to fix it before we left. This location was obviously understaffed, Lawd Jesus, it was a mess. Our seats/table should have been wiped down, the floor was sticky, cold food, terrible restroom conditions, it just felt nasty as hell in there. What’s going on ya’ll? Let’s get it together. It was a Friday night at damn near Happy Hour, are we trying to keep people out of here? It sure seems like it.
