    Fourth time this month my order has either taken 20 minutes even though we ordered ahead, 30 minutes prior we spent 20 minutes waiting in the damn pickup area even asking twice what the hold up was. If they don’t take an eternity to complete the order they somehow manage to forget items or miss customizations to the orders. This has to be one of the most poorly run stores around I’d rather drive 20min to the next one to avoid what a crapshow this one habitually is. Even other customers were complaining amongst each other. Date of crappy service 11/8/25 5:40pm

    The food has been consistently great since the remodel. I really appreciate how hard working the staff have been, both keeping waits short and the food well made. I hope they know that customers notice that they've been doing a great job!

    This location recently underwent a full remodel, but unfortunately, the service has taken a serious turn for the worse. I placed a mobile order, and the app told me my food would be ready by 6:37 PM. Over 20 minutes later, just after 7 PM, they finally marked it as ready. When I approached the counter to pick it up, an employee told me to my face that it actually wasn’t ready, and that they just mark orders as complete to avoid getting in trouble for delays. I was stunned that he openly admitted that. In total, I waited nearly an hour for just six items. If this is the result of a remodel, it’s hard to see what improved. Absolutely terrible service.
