I got a sandwich with someone and didn't pay & had no cash but I want to say the young woman was most amiable person I think I've run into in a long time. I wish I had her name but it early today. She was kind and neighborly and I hope Subway holds on to her. Please give her a raise to make up for my lacking. I'm not failing again. I hope this is posting on Central in Lompoc
- PPPaigeDec 14, 20251.0Had a terrible experience here last night 12/13/25 at 6:50pm. Ordered a sandwich on the app, came in to pick it up, and the guy told me that they had no record of that order. I even showed him the order number, the correct subway address, and the time and date I ordered it. He just told me no. Then the app switched to “picked up” so someone definitely either picked up my order or the guy lied about seeing my order. The entire time I was trying to get him to look it up, he was on speaker phone with a friend, probably talking about me making him look in the computer. I contacted customer service and they said they would report it, but I never got my sandwich, and I never got compensated for purchasing the sandwich. They stole from me, refused to help me, and now nobody is contacting me back. This place is dirty and a scam.

The young woman who made the sandwiches was very welcoming, did not make me feel rushed when ordering, and made one of the best sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwiches Subway could offer! Thank you, Subway, for a great experience and delicious sandwich.
