  4 stars because the kitchen staff frequently messes up my order, which is rough because I always have pay extra for the avocados and guacamole even when they forget. Seeing Tommy at the window is a relief. He always checks my bag. Last time I ordered online, he noticed and fixed 2 mistakes the kitchen made before he handed me the bag. It's always nice to see him there because it takes the pressure off of me having to ask and double-check everything myself (which makes me feel like an annoying customer). Tommy is a champion. Thanks for your extra help!

  Outstanding customer service! We had an unfortunate situation tonight where we accidentally picked up another customer’s order (same first name). The store caught the mix up and tried to call me. The original employee that helped me left a very professional and apologetic voicemail. When I got back to the store Luiz and another employee (sorry, I failed to get his name) were incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely go back! Hope the management team sees this and knows what an amazing crew they have.

  We ordered a $30 family meal and they had the bag stapled close. No salsa was included! Why should you have to ask for that? It totally killed the vibe and very disappointed!
