- GMG MOct 7, 20252.0This is a store that is convenient and close, so we have shopped here frequently for a long time. We shop in-person and we have used the Drive Up and Go service several times a month for years. So we have a good picture of this store. Most of the store employees are the nicest most helpful people. I don't hold them responsible for what I feel is corporate policy running the store on a skeleton staff. Here are some reasons I will not be shopping here any more except in emergencies: Drive Up and Go is understaffed and swamped. 80% of the time my Drive Up and Go order is missing items. Sometimes I also have a bag of someone else's items. This is frequent. I have to check EVERYTHING. Drive Up and Go orders used to be punctual and convenient. The last several months I have used the service, the order has been hours late and/or missing most of the items. So I end up having to go into the store to complete the order myself. The produce is sometimes very bad quality, many times all the items available of a certain kind are very scarred and banged up. I won't buy those if I am choosing it myself because it goes bad within a day or two of bringing it home. But you can't control what you get on Drive Up and Go. The store only keeps one checkout lane open (the most I have ever seen is two but 99% of the time it's one). They force all other customers through the 4 self-checkout kiosks (which are often out of order). The newest store employees seem poorly trained on food safety and basic customer service. These are always the same ones who are also rude and unfriendly and there is a lot of turnover. Shopping here has become inconvenient and frustrating and I will be shopping elsewhere except in emergencies when I need a specific item or nothing else is open.
