- SFScott FisherDec 24, 20251.0Unfortunately I have no photos of what I ordered because I never got it. I ordered a 10 lb brisket a week early for Christmas day planning to pick it up 2 days before. I went to the store on that day and was told that they didn't have it. They reassured me that they would have it the following day which was Christmas eve. I went down around 9:00 AM and the meat department told me they needed 2 hours to unpack it. I came back 3 hours later only to be told again they didn't have it. I had to travel 40 miles on a rainy Christmas eve to get another one from Costco. I was thankful they had it. Unfortunately in my opinion lately the store has been going in the wrong direction and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.At the very least, I could have received a phone call informing me about the situation, then I could have planned. I left my name and phone number when I placed the order. I know that things can happen that are not controllable, but is there no customer service any longer. I am so disappointed, and will share this experience with others.

They offer us extra help every visit and Julia especially kind to my little dog Wiley...she loves her job and us and it shows... Thank you to everybody in the store.. deli friend gets Wiley jis 2 chicken thighs mightly for his dinner...the woman at fish 🐠 counter is super nice to us...thank you to everyone employed at Albertsons.
