Then to add i ordered the new Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, it has a red sauce drizzle which there was none on my pizza minus a single slice that has a small line of it. This is the worst dominos location i have ever ordered from.

I waited 43 minutes and I didn’t receive any updates on the app after checking over and over again. I called and sat on hold for another 5 minutes until someone picked up. I asked for status and they tell me they haven’t even started it yet. That’s such a ridiculous waste of time where we literally could have gone any where else to feed ourselves. Not one update. The employee I spoke to on the phone had no sense of urgency or customer service to make up for such terrible communication and service. That blows. Thanks for leaving us hungry. I should have read all the other reviews about this location before hand. I doubt this locations franchiser is even reading these reviews.

I always give them the benefit of the doubt but my recent experience was the final straw. Waited almost 2 hours for a few pizzas. I called about a hour in and was told it would be 5-10 minutes. Complete lie. I tried to follow up multiple times but no answer. It’s too bad bc I ordered here every Friday for my business. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.
