  Service was not good. I ordered for pick up curbside, no one came out. I waited 5 minutes then went it and saw two people and said I’m here for my order it says it’s ready. It was sitting on the counter.

  I wanted to give the benefit of doubt to the other 1 star reviews, but i cant they are correct, food took to long to get here, following the track in the opposite direction from me taking over an hour just to get to me. Then to add i ordered the new Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, it has a red sauce drizzle which there was none on my pizza minus a single slice that has a small line of it. This is the worst dominos location i have ever ordered from.

  I placed an order tonight for two medium simple pizzas. The app’s tracker said “Kathrine” started our order. I waited 43 minutes and I didn’t receive any updates on the app after checking over and over again. I called and sat on hold for another 5 minutes until someone picked up. I asked for status and they tell me they haven’t even started it yet. That’s such a ridiculous waste of time where we literally could have gone any where else to feed ourselves. Not one update. The employee I spoke to on the phone had no sense of urgency or customer service to make up for such terrible communication and service. That blows. Thanks for leaving us hungry. I should have read all the other reviews about this location before hand. I doubt this locations franchiser is even reading these reviews.

  Horrible customer service. I’ve had issues with this location several times. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but my recent experience was the final straw. Waited almost 2 hours for a few pizzas. I called about a hour in and was told it would be 5-10 minutes. Complete lie. I tried to follow up multiple times but no answer. It’s too bad bc I ordered here every Friday for my business. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.

  Pasta was burned - literally black on the bottom of the pan - and was also very dry.
