  Dear McDonald's Management Team, I am writing to share my concerns regarding a recent experience at your location at 25775 Barton Rd, Loma Linda, CA, on March 23, 2026, at approximately 3:17 PM. After ordering two meals with drinks, I requested a cup holder at the second window to help me carry my items. The manager on duty informed me that she could not provide one unless I had ordered at least three drinks, citing a shortage of supplies. Despite my explanation that I am disabled and have physical difficulty carrying multiple items at once, she repeated the policy and declined my offer to pay extra for the holder. In addition to this interaction, I experienced a 14-minute wait for my chicken nuggets. When my food was finally brought to me, I asked another staff member about the cup holder shortage, and she politely provided one without hesitation. The conflicting information between the manager and the staff member was quite confusing. As a customer with a disability, having access to a cup holder is a matter of necessity for safely managing my order. I would appreciate it if you could look into your supply management and ensure that staff are empowered to make reasonable accommodations for customers who require assistance.

  Bad service from the manager, they messed up my order I tried to tell the manager she said it was us in the wrong you ask for specific order they give you what they want and they refuse to fix it because the order says what they put on it not what I asked They have $1.99 iced coffee all day, that’s charged me 3.49

  Food good as always mcds food is. Seems we came during busy time...but love how even the manager handled it. She stayed calm and patient with customers

  Somehow I ordered before hand and even tell the app im there before I actually get there, and they still make pull in front of the building and wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the food. And most times will forget something.
