I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
I usually order the tuna sandwich and have been getting it the same way for many years. The day I visited, it happened to be the “Meal of the Day.” There were two employees working. A younger girl making the sandwich and an older woman (around 50 years old) near the register.
When it came time to add vegetables, things started to feel very strange. I asked for spinach and was given the smallest pinch. I asked for tomatoes — she put two slices. I asked for cucumbers — she placed two. When I politely asked for extra, she added one more slice. At that point, I was confused and frustrated. The amount she was placing on the sandwich was feeling very frugal.
When I asked again for extra vegetables, the younger employee looked frighten, and the older woman came over and asked what was going on. I explained I was ordering my sandwich the way I always do. She then told me that because I was ordering the “Meal of the Day,” I was ONLY allowed three types of vegetables on my sandwich.
I was shocked. I’ve never heard of such a rule. I even repeated what she said because it sounded so unbelievable. She insisted that this was the policy and said that “for today” I could order it how I normally do, but next time I would only be allowed three vegetables if I’m ordering the meal of the day sandwich. She also mentioned that costs are high and that’s why this change was implemented yet there was no signage anywhere in the store explaining this policy.
To make matters worse, I was handed my sandwich without a bag or napkins even thought I told her it was to-go order). The napkins weren’t even accessible to customers near the soda machine. Again extremely CHEAP & FRUGAL! I walked over to the register, she asked if I needed anything else, i told her you didn’t provide any napkins and a bag. (It was to go!)
I have worked at Subway before and have visited many other locations. I have never experienced anything like this. The customer service felt cheap, unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and poorly handled.
Very disappointed.

The new management for this place is horrible, they didn’t want to honor my order that I had already paid for thru the app, she said she was the manager and that if I came back ever there with the same order she will not give me the items that I already paid for. I’m taking this to corporate I don’t care, they need to be held accountable. Besides all of this my sandwich looked like it was prepared with the intention that it was a cheaper sandwich and therefore it should have less ingredients (she mentioned something like this when I confronted her) because I had paid less than what it was so the manager said.

I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. I attached the picture and you can see for yourself if it looks like toasted. All this instructions were in an online order. Can’t follow a simple instructions. Stay away from this place. Probably mess up your order too. Freaking attitude too from that old lady.

Terrible customer service. They don't know how to treat a customer. Asked about the deal of the day and they said that was no deal. Very disappointed
