  I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. I attached the picture and you can see for yourself if it looks like toasted. All this instructions were in an online order. Can’t follow a simple instructions. Stay away from this place. Probably mess up your order too. Freaking attitude too from that old lady.

  Terrible customer service. They don't know how to treat a customer. Asked about the deal of the day and they said that was no deal. Very disappointed

  I normally never give such bad reviews however, I had to post my experiences with this place. Multiple times I've gone in and done a pickup order and the people are rude or incompetent. The las time the toaster wasn't working and instead of calling and telling me they told me when I got there and used the microwave to make my food. Waste of time. Today I place an online order with a coupon. The person there calls me and tells me that the order has to be canceled because I could not use the coupon for the sandwiches I ordered. I told her that the coupon doesn't say that and then she said rudely, "Did you READ the coupon?" I said of course I read it and it didn't say anything about our sandwiches specifically. She said we'll I have to cancel and I said OK and she hung up on me. I will not be returning to this place at all.

  We used the app to order in lunch, selected our sandwiches through the app with the coupon code and it cleared. The lady rudely called and said "Did you read the coupon" and we replied " Yes, even the app cleared the coupon" she proceeded to say she was canceling our order so rudely! Don't go there! I've been there a few times and each time she was short and rude, but today was the last day!
