  The new management for this place is horrible, they didn’t want to honor my order that I had already paid for thru the app, she said she was the manager and that if I came back ever there with the same order she will not give me the items that I already paid for. I’m taking this to corporate I don’t care, they need to be held accountable. Besides all of this my sandwich looked like it was prepared with the intention that it was a cheaper sandwich and therefore it should have less ingredients (she mentioned something like this when I confronted her) because I had paid less than what it was so the manager said.

  I asked for my sandwiches to be toasted. I attached the picture and you can see for yourself if it looks like toasted. All this instructions were in an online order. Can’t follow a simple instructions. Stay away from this place. Probably mess up your order too. Freaking attitude too from that old lady.

  Terrible customer service. They don't know how to treat a customer. Asked about the deal of the day and they said that was no deal. Very disappointed

  I normally never give such bad reviews however, I had to post my experiences with this place. Multiple times I've gone in and done a pickup order and the people are rude or incompetent. The las time the toaster wasn't working and instead of calling and telling me they told me when I got there and used the microwave to make my food. Waste of time. Today I place an online order with a coupon. The person there calls me and tells me that the order has to be canceled because I could not use the coupon for the sandwiches I ordered. I told her that the coupon doesn't say that and then she said rudely, "Did you READ the coupon?" I said of course I read it and it didn't say anything about our sandwiches specifically. She said we'll I have to cancel and I said OK and she hung up on me. I will not be returning to this place at all.
