We went to the drive-thru window hoping to place an order, but we were completely ignored — not even an acknowledgment or explanation. It is unacceptable to advertise business hours until 11:00 PM and then close earlier without any notice. This shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Very disappointed!!!!!!!
