I decided to go to the bathroom and when finished walked up to the counter and was ignored again. I walked out. I use to live by a Pollo Loco and ate there 3 times a week I will never return to this location. I've always been happy with your chicken even read about the ma who created Polo Loco admired him much. Now I know why the parking lot and your location had not one customer yet waiters who obviously don't give a damn and are ruining what little business you hope to have....there are way too many other welcoming business's that welcome customers.
