We ordered A praline and cream milkshake and a cappuccino blast made with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. We ended up with 2 milkshakes. No trace of coffee concentrate in my cappy blast. Extremely disappointed. This happened March 24th around 8pm. The staff need to get it together and pay closer attention to order accuracy.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
