  I would leave zero stars if I could. Went in this morning for breakfast. The girl at the window asked me to park at spot 1 because they had to change the orange juice. 10 minutes go by and I still don't have my orange juice. I see everyone in the drive thru getting their orange juice and I'm STILL waiting. So I go inside to ask about it and it's just sitting there on the counter. The girl apologized and tried to give me pies but I don't want the freaking pies. I wanted my orange juice. And they just left it on the counter until I came inside to ask for what I was asked to wait for at the parking spot outside 😒

  if i can give them a -5 star i would, horrible communication and ridiculous order timing. Tried calling to get an update and they straight up hung up on me. No explanation, no help, just click. Orders take forever, no one communicates what’s going on, and customer service is clearly not a priority. If you’re going to run a business, at least answer the phone and treat people with basic respect.
