- XLXiiomiie LoveG5 days ago1.0I went to Dutch Bros ordered through drive-through cashier was rude snatched my money for my hand and tossed my change back to the point where it didn’t even land in my hand it was on the ground. She didn’t acknowledge or apologize.
- LLLetyApr 4, 20261.0I visited Dutch Bros today around 11:48 AM and unfortunately had a frustrating experience with the line process. The line was a bit long, and while I was waiting, other customers who arrived after me ended up being helped before me. I mentioned this to a employee (I didn’t catch her name), and she explained that the line should move in a zigzag pattern and told me to look at the sign. However, another employee, Isabel, did not follow that system and instead went directly to people she appeared to know. She even approached the employee who was about to take my order and asked if someone was there so she could give them free drinks. Because of this, I was skipped and had to wait longer. When I finally got to order, the employee assisting me came across a bit dismissive and told me I had to wait until Isabel was done talking with her friends before I could move forward, which added to the frustration. That said, I want to highlight the young man who handed me my drinks—he completely turned my experience around. He was friendly, talkative, and genuinely kind. He represented exactly what Dutch Bros employees should be!

You guys charge $1 for it might as well give the customer a decent amount. All the other Dutch bros I’ve gone to know how to put boba and have very good customer service.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
